Beverly D. Chandran

Beverly Chandran is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and has a proven track record of securing and managing accounts in Fortune 100 companies prior to practicing real estate. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I am trained to work for you. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional for 10 years, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first and providing great service all the time. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

Christina Warren

For some reason Christina Warren is always trying to get behind the numbers or trying to find a technological solution to make her life easier. Inspired by the “what does these numbers mean” approach, her organization is moving from banking technology operations to data analysis. Christina has spent roughly 10 years in two retail banking tech/ops support roles at a quickly expanding regional institution. In that time Christina has earned an M.B.A. and helped to take care of her mother who had Multiple Sclerosis.

Currently you can find Christina somewhere taking a ballet class, thinking of content for Digital Sistas, doing a lupus or MS walk, and learning SAS or Python in order to make a jump into data analysis.
